Founder & CEO
Allison Cole — Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Allison is an attorney and nonprofit leader whose work bridges recovery, housing, and advocacy. She founded Unity House Inc. to create a safe, structured home for women in recovery — bringing professional expertise and lived experience together.

Cassie Jennings-Bender — Chair (Director)
Brings professional leadership experience and a deep commitment to supporting women in recovery. Her insight and compassion strengthen Unity House’s programs and community relationships.
Blake Ross — Vice Chair (Director)
Has years of service to the recovery community and provides insight, support, and perspective that help guide Unity House’s mission with heart and authenticity.
Angie Colina — Secretary (Director)
Manages board records, documentation, and compliance to ensure transparency and organizational efficiency.
